DALY'S LAW COACHING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this carefully. By subscribing to the content of this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. To subscribe you must be sixteen years of age or over.  These terms and conditions were most recently updated on 5 January, 2005 at 18.00 hours. This website is operated by Daly's Law Coaching ("we", "us", "our") and all transactions made on this website are governed by these terms and conditions at any time (to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions). We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes on our website.

SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription fee is as specified in the website from time to time and will provide full subscription access for one year from the date of confirmation of your subscription. We will invite you to renew your subscription for any subsequent year prior to expiry of a subscription period. Please note that your subscription will not automatically be renewed by us after it has expired.  Only you can renew your subscription.  This puts control in your hands.  Payment may be made by debit or credit card. The debit and credit cards accepted by us are those listed on the website on the date on which you subscribe.

The benefits and details of your subscription entitlement will be contained in our website and may vary from time to time.

At the time of your subscription you will choose a password. Please keep this secret and immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your email address and/or password or any breach of security known to you.

We may terminate your subscription and the provision of services via this website at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions as amended from time to time or other terms and conditions stipulated by us.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only for your personal use and you may not copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

You agree that you will not use the content of this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. We endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and complete.  However, it is provided without any warranty of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied.
 
When you are in the Daly's Law Community area of the website, please remember that any information that is disclosed in this area is public information and you should exercise appropriate caution.  Our automated software will review your submissions to Daly's Law Community and we reserve the right to censor obscene or insulting content prior to publication.  You agree to grant us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, translate and edit any material you submit to the Daly's Law Community.  

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties and such links are provided for your convenience and general interest only. We do not control such third party websites and cannot be held responsible for their contents. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. The personal information that you give us is held with care and security. When you subscribe to our website, there are different ways we gather information about you as follows: 1) when you subscribe, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and contact details, as well as your payment details. We keep a record of this information. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as a subscriber; 2) we keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track of any issues you've had with our website; 3) we may store and process the information provided by you to better understand your needs and to personalise your interface with us; 4) we will also monitor user traffic patterns and use of our site to help improve the design, layout and content.
